I'm Joan Seward, and I'll admit it:  since I was born and raised in this area of Pennsylvania, I'm probably more than just a little bit biased in favor of South Coventry township.  But it really is a great community and I love it!

I grew up in East Coventry and today live right next door in North Coventry, so I'm truly a local product.  I love South Coventry for the same reasons I love all three of the coventry townships:  the scenery and atmosphere is beautiful, the schools are great, Coventry Mall and other terrific places to shop are nearby, the crime rate is low, real estate values are excellent, and the people are great.

Of course, most of the things I love about the three Coventry townships also apply to many other communities in this area.

After I identify these "homes of interest," we'll review them together.  If you are interested in any of these homes, I'll arrange showings of the properties (at your convenience, of course) and take you to see the homes in person.

When I'm working with clients as their Buyer's Agent, after we have seen a home, I help them to identify all the advantages and disadvantages of each house, help them to weigh all the plusses and minuses.  Then, if my clients decide they would like to buy one of the homes we've seen, I prepare an offer to buy the real estate and negotiate the price and terms.  If their offer is accepted, I then guide them through the tons of paperwork and forms involved in every real estate transaction and settlement.

In a nutshell, if you select me to be your Buyer's Agent, I'll be there every step of the way to guide you down the home-buying path.  I'll work FOR you, giving you as much, or as little, "hand-holding" as you want or need.  I'll give you the advantage of my years of real estate home-buying and selling experience and smooth out every wrinkle that I possibly can.
