If you don't already know me, I'm Joan Seward, and for years people have been
calling me the "Real Estate Lady." I represent buyers and/or sellers of homes in a large
geographical area centered around Pottstown
in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia, but I specialize in homes located in North
Coventry, South Coventry and East Coventry.
After selling real estate in the Tri-County area of Chester, Montgomery and Berks Counties
for over twenty years, I’m recognized all the time - which I think is very
flattering. Whether I’m shopping in King of Prussia or
Reading, out to dinner in Wyomissing or Collegeville or at a football game at my alma mater

Roberts High School, it seems like people are always stopping me and saying, “I know you – you're
that real estate lady!” That’s one of the wonderful benefits of being a lifelong resident. Not only am I
well known as an
honest, professional and hard-working real estate agent, but very few people know the area as
well as I do. I grew up in East
Coventry and I currently live in North Coventry, so I know the
territory of the Owen J. Roberts School
District like the back of my "coventry" hand! Over
the years I've helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in just about every
township and borough in Berks, Chester and Montgomery counties - sometimes as
the Buyer's Agent, sometimes as the Listing Agent, and sometimes
